Long ago there was a city by the name of Kashmir, Kashmir was a city that embursted with rivers and land. It was a peaceful land with not much happening, but this all stopped when Pakistan decided they wanted to have Kashmir. This all started in 1974 when Pakistan invaded Kashmir, India sent troops to try and stop this. Eventually it became a full on war on who wanted the land of Kashmir, and even China got pitched in it too! There was a full fledged war and people were claiming the territory of Kashmir. My opinion on this situation is that Kashmir should be free, they never had a say in their independence. I think that the people of Kashmir should have a say in what happens like an election of sorts or a important person in their government decide what happens.

Let's get straight to the point, Kashmir would never have the same life as China, Pakistan, and India are taking Kashmirs states one by one. Soon enough they will have nowhere to live and they would have to become nomadic or find a new home. I think that Pakistan, India and China should just back off and let them have their independence. It's also shown that most of the people of Kashmir actually strives for independence, but Pakistan is selfish and won't take to any agreements of backing off. Let's say Pakistan actually takes all of Kashmir and the people of Kashmir stay. There would probably be a rebellious phase and the would start a revolution. Most of the outcomes are going to result to bloodbaths and chaos. If they were just to back off they would save a ton of money and the lives of the men that went onto the battlefield. So that's why i think Kashmir should have independence.

Kashmir as we know has gone through many hardships as they are slowly losing all of their independence, this can be causing many problems such as revolutions and wars. Wars can lead up to taking a lot of money and lives so it's not a good idea to start one over territory. Kashmir claimed the land fairly but Pakistan's and India's government is claiming more and more of their land. This is another reason why Pakistan should back off on Kashmir. Now to what india did, india did many crimes such as rape, torture and other cruel things to the people of Kashmir.

As stated in the past paragraphs i believe that Kashmir should be an independent country, its obvious that the people of Kashmir have had some scummy stuff done to them such as rape and torture which is not okay, India and Pakistan were in the wrong they should have just backed off from Kashmir and let them live their life.
